		<description>The whole concept behind balancing different light sources is to essentially get all of the light to be the same color so you can balance that in the camera...  If you have a mixture of incandescent and fluorescent, see if you can remove one of those sources; so, if you're ultimately working with incandescent light, you'll want your flash to match that color by way of adding a CTO gel on the flash.  Once all of your light is the same color, you can set your camera's white balance on incandescent or see if auto does the trick for you knowing that, if you shoot raw, it's a fairly easy change in post.</description>
