Keep up the great shooting videos guys, Happy New Year!
I couldn’t stop laughing when I heard the singing. Great voices! Another great podcast. Thanks Pieter and Bert.
Thanks for the Podcast and Happy new Year!
Phil
the podcast seems to be unavailable…have been trying for the last few hours…please help, can’t wait to hear it!
You guys are fun, Thanks once again for the podcast.
Please come again.
Aaaaaaa! Don’t answer a question by saying, “I don’t know.” Save the question for another time. I was looking forward to some information on stock photography because I have been giving it a go to make a little extra money even though I really don’t like taking those kind of images. And answering the location scouting question with “I never scout locations” isn’t a good answer. Maybe you don’t actively go looking for locations, but you do keep locations in mind that you come across in your wanderings. Although I do like the idea of having a few beers before going scouting, or better yet while scouting.
Oh, you don’t need to spend quite so much time selling your workshops. Some of your listeners are on a different continent and aren’t likely to be able to go.
Thx guys, this whole podcasting thing is new to both of us, so your comments are very encouraging.
@Fred: I noticed that our podcast hosting service can be slow at times and has some hiccups now and then. We’ll see how it evolves over time.
@Geoff: Sorry if we didn’t answer the question yet but we will do something about stock photography in the near future.
Pieter doesn’t usually actually scout location and I improvise pretty often too. We try to show you how we get the most out of a location in our video’s etc.
We are not trying to ’sell’ our workshops in our podcast. But it’s the podcast of LIME and we want to inform people about our workshops since they are a big part of our project. We have quite some people from other countries book a workshop, it’s a small world these days. We won’t keep limiting our workshops to Belgium only either by the way.
OK, It worked fine this AM…thanks for answering my questions about scouting and directing models, etc…and for “devirginizing” me to podcasts, hahaha. Keep up the good work guys!
Sorry for being so critical. I’m still recovering from New Years so I’m a bit crabby. Since I’m still here watching and listening it shows that I really do enjoy the videos and podcasts. Yeah, I’m finding that improvisation is pretty effective in my own pictures too. Usually better than my planned shots. On the other hand I need to work more on planning my shots so they are closer to how I visualize them. Usually they are a bit disappointing and my screw ups look better.
Thank you so much for including my questions into your podcast. It has helped me very much in my upcoming decision on a camera body. I also appreciate your honesty on my question concerning stock photography. Please keep us all updated on that and your other projects. You have a captive audience with me and mine and I am always spreading the “Lime Time” among my circle of friends. Keep it up!
I forgot to ask this but what video software do you guys use? I only use the imovie that came with my mac and I’m not too excited about it. Any suggestions? Thanks guys.
You’re doing a great Job! Thank you so much, most of the contents are very very usefull!
Stay tuned, and thanks again!
Bye,
Askold
The MP3 and iPod versions both show up in your iTunes feed. It naturally wants to download both versions and syncs both to my iPhone.
Is there anyway you should/could split them into different feeds?
Keep up the good work.
I agree with Rich, the way it’s configured right now, Itunes will download every episode twice.
I can’t see the added value of offering an additional ipod-only version next to the mp3 one. Just an mp3-version should be enough. As far as I know, my and all the other ipod’s on earth do support mp3’s.
Thanks for all the work, I really appreciate the podcasts.
btw: people on the train were watching me like I was an alien when I started laughing while listening to the musical intermezzo at the beginning of the show… so I’d like to ask you: never do that again
My Goodness! I’ve just started listening to episode 3 of Lime and I’m almost wetting myself. You guys must have caught something (You haven’t been visiting Amsterdam have you?!
)
Great to hear a nice relaxed, fun podcast. Keep it up guys!
Hi!
Keep up the good work; I greatly enjoy your podcast after a long day at work, while sitting in the bus (public transport).
Regarding the question about stock photography that was raised by one of your readers/listeners, I came across an article today that may be of interest to you:
